HVAC Technician

We are currently interviewing HVAC technicians to fill a position that will enhance the company's services and allow you to exercise your current knowledge and skill set along with untapped potential. This position requires the following experience:

  • At least 5 years field experience
  • Sales experience and/or the willingness to thrive in this area
  • Residential HVAC installations & replacements
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing all types of residential heating & A/C equipment
  • Complete capability to size ducts and recognize existing system problems
  • Heating and A/C system design
  • REfrigerant Certifications
  • NATE Certified

This position allows for advancement. However, it requires self-motivation in accomplishing constant career development. This includes but not limited to:

  • Attending training classes on own time
  • Willing to further career with out of pocket expense
  • Keeping up to current changes in HVAC industry
  • Taking complete responsibility of own actions
  • Having a great attitude!
