I just wanted to send along a quick word on my Basnett Plumbing experience. First of all, as you probably know, I called yesterday and left a voice message. Paul so nicely and promptly responded to my call. We decided the issue could wait until the following morning and he thought he could have someone out to the house by 8am (awesome). Chris was at my house before 8am (more awesome). Chris is to be commended for his professionalism, thoroughness and kindness. He was not only prompt and efficient but kept me informed as to what he was doing, the options and costs. I felt comfort with him in my home and with the work he did. Even though he was not able to completely fix the problem he did not leave until it was running as best it could and I have a functioning system for now. He gave referrals and advice as the next possible steps. Nice job Chris!

Basnett Plumbing does a great job and stands by their work. Besides doing great work, this company reliably keeps appointments, and if something goes wrong or is not as the homeowner expects, they will return promptly and without complaint. They have replaced three sinks in my house, connected my water supply to my new frig, and fixed my leaking hot water heater on a Sunday! I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
