Jake

Jake Basnett is the system performance specialist at Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC. As the system performance specialist, Jake handles all indoor air quality needs, specifically issues arising from a home’s ductwork. Dirty air ducts can do more harm than you might guess. If your air ducts are filled with dust, people with allergies and/or asthma can suffer, and even those without preexisting conditions might be more likely to become ill. Jake is from Harvard, MA and has spent over three years in the industry. After graduating UMass Lowell with a bachelor’s in business management and an exercise physiology degree, Jake joined the family business. Through his leadership personality, Jake takes pride in completing tasks quickly, independently, and efficiently. What motivates him the most is making sure a customer’s home is more comfortable than when he arrived. Air ducts can often be overlooked, and that’s why he takes pride in showing customers the difference of a healthy and clean duct system.
