Wayne Lambert is a service technician at Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC. Wayne is also the company’s head master plumber. He has been at Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC for over 10 years and has been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years. Wayne has several certifications in carbon monoxide, oil burning, along with receiving a master sheet metals license. While away from work, he enjoys sitting on the beach and rooting for his favorite Boston sports teams. Wayne’s favorite quote is, “If it takes less than five minutes to do, do it immediately. You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.” While on the job, Wayne keeps this motto in mind. He is motivated by getting the job right the first time to ensure the customer is happy.

“Wayne came to my house to install a whole house water filter and did an absolutely great job. On the initial discussion visit Wayne determined that the install wouldn’t be straightforward so he arrived on the job prepared to deal with that. The installation went as planned and took 6+ hours. At the end Wayne discovered there was a problem with the water pressure entering the unit. He determined the problem to be a failed pressure control valve. After 6+ hours of work I expected Wayne to come back another time to fix that. BUT, he repaired it on the spot.
Wayne did a great, clean, and detailed job and I appreciate that. He also became a favorite of my recently adopted DOG.
I would also add that working with Basnett on this project was impressive from intial contact to completion of the job.”
