Andrew Bausman is a Comfort Consultant at Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC. His role is to meet and evaluate the needs of the customers. Andrew has decades of sales and marketing experience meeting the need of both corporate clients and direct consumer customers. As a homeowner, he’s been involved in several renovations and has extensive carpentry experience. With his broad skill set, Andrew has successfully helped independent retailers improve their marketing outreach through his knowledge of social media. In a recent position, Andrew was part of a two-person team that achieved number #1 sales nationally for their accomplishments. Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, trying new recipes from around the world, woodworking, and going on adventures with his wife of twenty-nine years. If you ask Andrew what gets him out of bed in the morning, he would say “I’m a real people person and after years of working with corporate clients, I really enjoy building personal relationships with homeowners and finding solutions for their needs."
