About Us

Rob, co-owner of the company along with his wife Lori, has been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years. He is a licensed technician and experienced businessperson. Rob’s experiences in the industry are diverse.

Rob is also involved in industry memberships and maintains his awareness of industry advances through these memberships. In 2003 to 2005, Rob maintained a position as president of the local Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Contractors Association. In 2008 to 2009, Rob was President of the Massachusetts Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Association.

Rob received Contractor of the Year award in 2009 and the Bradford–Rose award in 2010, which is the highest honor award PHCC awards. He believes in quality and customer service. As a result, he expects to maintain Basnett Plumbing, Heating, AC & Electrical as the number one provider of products and services in the industry. To that end, Rob supports training for his staff to ensure they are provided with the best information to do the job correctly the first time.

Lori, Basnett Plumbing, Heating, AC & Electrical co-owner, has been heavily involved in creating the office policies and procedures for the company. Due to Basnett Plumbing, Heating, AC & Electrical’s strong growth, Lori has added administrative professionals to ensure the company retains its competitive advantage.

Our technicians are professionally trained and certified in virtually all facets of plumbing, heating, and AC. At Basnett Plumbing, Heating, AC & Electrical, all of our service technicians receive ongoing training to keep up with the latest industry trends and products. Since 1987, our goal has been to earn the trust of MetroWest homeowners. Our dedicated and experienced staff includes:
