The original request was to service the boiler & ensure it was in proper working order for the winter which he did. Upon inspection, Leo identified an issue that would require a replacement part. He obtained the part & installed it within a day. Because of Leo’s expertise, dedication & commitment, I was only out of heat/hot water for a few hours.
