Dressed for Safety & Very Respectful of Me
The plumber was on time, fixed issue with upstairs old toilet, & explained problems & solution. He was dressed for safety & very respectful of me. I am a senior & he made sure to wear a mask, gloves, & shoe coverings. I was so relieved he came. And their office manager is the best, called first to tell me he was going to be a little early.
